I don’t know what happened but my app was down for over a month and I tried downloading other solitaire games and WAS not satisfied. I’m so glad it’s up and running again!!! Love this one!

Troubleshooting suggestion works!

I’ve played this game for several years but there's no point in keeping it since it doesn’t work anymore. I've waited several months for it to be fixed, but it doesn’t look like a fix is in this app's future. It's a shame. Deleting it now. Update. As suggested I reset the text size to default and reinstalled the app. It now works! Thank you for the suggested.

Not sure what happened, but the game won’t open anymore. Super crushed. The 5 stars are for what it was. I hope it is fixed soon. And it is fixed!!! I had to delete it and redownload, super easy. I’m so relieved to have this game back. it is my go to for relaxing, wasting time, needing a challenge, etc.

After months of updates and still not being able to play a game I’ve had since 2011, I can finally play again!

Since the update was loaded I cannot use the app. Is there another update that fixes this. I am having the same issues as the other reviews

Having same issues as others. Last update in Feb has caused App not to open. Do you have a timeframe on the correction? Update on issue. My settings were correct, so web designer suggested I delete app and reinstall. This corrected the issue! I was able to register in and get all my points too. Thanks

This game was great then all of sudden it will not open. You have tried to update it but it still doesn’t work. Open and closes Love playing this game. I have played it for years. I want you to fix it. Please.

Just loaded the latest update and it is still broken. All I get is the mobility deluxe screen and am not able to access the game. Update: I looked at the changes you suggested and there were no changes to be made. My device is set up as suggested. What next?

I’ve been an avid solitaire player for well over a decade. I’m not sure if these are new owners and/ or new employees but…, I have NOT been able to open up the app for right at 3 weeks with NO help in site. I have never had this kind of problem with Solitaire ever. It seems to me whoever is in charge of making sure this game runs smoothly needs to STEP UP and get this issue resolved. Obviously the last couple of updates are the problem since it stopped working afterwards!! Please give this game your attention until it is fixed for ALL of us players not for just a few.

Had to delete the app and reinstall and then it worked . However, I lost all my data .

I mean..:title says it all. Was a great game and now it is beyond broken. I can anticipate your reply, “we’re totes working on it!” I will go ahead and call that a lie up front.

The game no longer loads on my iPhone - what happened? Please fix!

After years of enjoying this game suddenly it won’t load any more. Should I delete and reinstall, and if so will I lose everything I’ve gained so far? Please advise.

Updated: Still doesn’t load even after update! This was a go-to for all things solitaire. Even when they inundated it with ads. For the past 2+ weeks the app won’t launch… even with latest “fix”

This used to be my favorite game. Now it won’t open and eventually just closes. I have all the updates to the app and to my iPhone

The game hasn’t worked for several weeks, even before the iOS update. I installed your latest update and it still doesn’t work. Please fix and I’ll restore my review to five stars.

Ever since last update the game will not load. I have had this since 2011. I love this game. Please make it work again. No other solitaire games even come close!!!!

I love this app! But I’m having the same issue on my iPhone as the other reviewer, Nisey, the game flashes then disappears.

Like the last reviewer said - it doesn’t work anymore. Laughable that the dev response was “if you need anything else….” Ya- make it work or undo the last uodate.

Now the app won’t open on my phone. Tried uninstalling 3 times. Nothing. Updated my phone. Same problem. I’ve had this game for YEARS and is my “go to” please fix this. Deleted this game since last comment (above) Reinstalled it yesterday. When clicking on the app To open, it turns phone screen black then back to Home Screen. The game STILL won’t open! WHATS UP YALL? Please fix this. This is the ONLY game on my phone and I miss it!

It’s been a month since you did updates and I still can not open the game. I have been playing this since 2012 and was my daily game to play. When are you going to fix the problems?

Unable to open the app at all on iphone. first the screen was green, then some weird symbol populated. now it shows the intro screen with the purple thumbprint and crashed. app won’t open at all

It has been weeks now.... guess it is time to find another game.

App won’t open on iPhone but will on iPad and old iPhone.

The opening page comes up and then it goes away. Like many others I've been playing this for a long time and really enjoy it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

It’s just Solitaire. The rules have not changed. The app wasn’t broken. So, why has this app been down for a month? A normal software company would have reset to the last known good version and fixed it offline!!! I’m a long-time user (playing on iPhone with latest iOS, restarted multiple times, using latest version), but you guys have brought me to the end of my patience. Thanks for the previous years of fun, but I’m moving to another Solitaire app.

I have the same problem as “Nisey”. Currently only affecting my iPhone 8. Still working on my iPad. Won’t update my iPad until this issue is resolved.

I haven’t been able to play since early February. The Mobile Deluxe screen stays up for about 10 seconds and then closes.

My app won’t open, it just stays at the load in screen and eventually crashes. I saw someone have the same problem and then there was an update, but my issue still remains.

Not sure anyone is actually working to correct the issues. It looks like they’re only giving an automated response.

App crashes everytime I open and there is no update for it now. It WAS my favorite solitaire game app.

Since my update 3 days ago I have not been able to open the game. I see others have had the same problem. When will this be fixed?

Finally got a new update but the app still won’t load. It stays on that white “Mobile Deluxe” screen for a bit then crashes. Support is no help because it takes you to support for a different game. I miss playing this before bed every night. I have their other solitaire app on my tablet but I won’t be adding it to my phone because I HATE it.

When will you get Solitaire back up running? I play it daily.

I haven’t been able to even open this app in almost a month. It’s been my absolute favorite card app and I’ve had it for many years but sadly no longer. Whatever update was done (when the MURKA logo came up when opening) has completely ruined the app to where I just have to delete it. The second version of this app is horrible, and since the devs don’t seem keen to fix this one guess I’m now on the hunt for a new app

Just tried the most recent update. Even hard closed all apps and rebooted iPad. Sadly, still won’t stay open or let me play. Keep trying please, Developers!
